We are not liable for any delays in shipments. Your order will ship as it becomes available, so the earlier you buy, the quicker it will ship. Some watches are made to order. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you, by us, only as an estimate. We are not liable for any delays in shipments. For multiple product orders, we will attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available. Yes, we have developed a multitude of different colors and finishings for Trump Watches. This includes different case sizes, straps, platings and dial colors. With over 100 unique designs developed since the start of Trump Watches, everyone can find something suited to their wrist.

Yes, customization is available for all watches part of the "Custom Trump Watches" collection page (link below). These are currently the only watches with customization offered on the caseback. Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to deny a specific engraving request if deemed offensive or containing foul language. Each request is inspected before being approved for engraving.

TRUMP watches are water-resistant with a variable resistance as specified in the "SPECIFICATION" tab directly on the product page.

For reference:
- 5ATM (167ft) of Water Resistance means the watch is safe for light exposure to water (washing hands, shower, etc..)
- 10ATM (330ft) of Water Resistance means the watch is safe for complete water-exposure such as swimming. It is not intended for diving.
- 20ATM (660ft) of Water Resistance means the watch is safe for extreme water-exposure such as diving.

The Tourbillon watches are not intended for water exposure.

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Shipping is free for U.S. customers, however you have the option of paying for quicker shipping options at checkout. Non U.S. Customers will be charged a $45 shipping fee on all watches. International customers are also responsible for all duties and taxes associated with their purchase.
